- Ground clove - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the processed fish (skin-on, boneless) into portions and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce from sautéed onions and flour, crushed gingerbread soaked in beer, and fish broth. Add sautéed roots and spices. Simmer everything. Strain the sauce, purée it, and pour it over the fish.
Step 3
