Description
If you accidentally punctured the gallbladder while cleaning, to eliminate bitterness, rinse with a small amount of vodka, rub with salt and lemon, and then rinse well.

- Carp - 2 lbs
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the carp from scales. Gut it.
Step 2
In a bowl, add salt (to taste), fish spices, and squeeze half a lemon, mix and generously rub the carp.
Step 3
Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Stuff with tomatoes, onion, bay leaf, and optionally parsley and dill for aroma.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 30 minutes.
