Description
Fresh mushrooms can be replaced with dried ones; they should be soaked, boiled, and sautéed.
Ingredients
- Carp - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Porcini Mushrooms - 4.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs for Coating - 2.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the porcini mushrooms into cubes about 1 cm on each side and sauté them in vegetable oil until they smell pleasant. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Dice the onion finely.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
Step 5
Pass the carp meat through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Add the sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to the minced meat. Add water; the mixture should be juicy.
Step 7
Mix the minced meat well and beat it. If necessary, add a little more water.
Step 8
Add the sautéed mushrooms to the minced meat and mix again.
Step 9
Form patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 10
Fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 11
Serve the carp patties with mashed potatoes.
