Ingredients
- Carp - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the steak.
Step 2
Heat two types of oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Place the steak in the skillet. Sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Add fish seasoning.
Step 6
Flip and sear for another 5–7 minutes on medium heat.
Step 7
Drizzle with lemon and lime juice.

Add salt.
Step 9
Add pepper.
Step 10
Flip once more and sear for 1–2 minutes.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate and serve.
