Carp Steak on a Creamy Vegetable Bed
Ingredients
- Carp - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Cream 22% - 4.4 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Tarragon - 6 sprigs
- Spinach - ½ bunch
- 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the tarragon leaves from the stems.
Step 2
Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thick half-rings.
Step 4
Chop the spinach roughly.
Step 5
Chop the tomato coarsely and sprinkle with salt.
Step 6
In a heated skillet, add olive oil and butter, then place the steaks. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 7
Add the onion and bell pepper to the oil. Season with black and white pepper.

After 4-5 minutes, reduce the heat to medium, flip the fish, and stir the onion and pepper. Sprinkle with salt.

Add the tomato.

Top with tarragon and spinach.

Cover with a lid.

After 7-9 minutes, pour in the cream.

Add the sour cream and season with chili pepper.

Stir the sauce and brush it over the steaks.

As soon as the sauce starts to boil, remove from heat and serve.
