Ingredients
- Carp - 2 lbs
- Rosé Dry Wine - 12 fl oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Parsley - 3 pieces
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the carp, remove the bones and skin, cut into small pieces, rub with salt, and place in a skillet with melted butter.
Step 2
Cook the vegetables in salted water until half-done, slice into rounds, place on top of the fish, and pour everything with red wine mixed with flour that has been sautéed in butter. Stew in the oven until cooked through.
Step 3
When serving, drizzle the fish with the sauce in which it was stewed.
