- Raisins - 13.4 oz
- Chopped Parsley - 2.5 oz
- Cumin Seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Cardamom Seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Coriander Seeds - 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric - 3 teaspoons
- Dry Mustard - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, mix mayonnaise with curry, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Then add the carrot, raisins, and parsley.
Step 3
Place the prepared dish in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

To prepare the curry: Toast the cumin, cardamom, and coriander seeds in a small dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the seeds are browned and fragrant.

Then transfer the toasted seeds to a bowl and let them cool completely.

Now add the turmeric, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper, and mix everything together.

Grind the resulting mixture in a coffee grinder.

The powder can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
