Ingredients

  • Carrot - 17.6 oz
  • Cucumber - 7.1 oz
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Sesame Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Sesame Seeds - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the carrots, peel them, and grate them using a coarse grater.

Step 2

Slice the cucumbers and add them to the carrots.

Step 3

Grate the ginger using a fine grater. Mix it with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce, mix well, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
