Description
This is a very simple recipe for vegetable patties. If you omit the egg, the recipe can be considered vegan. Carrots can be replaced with beets or turnips, and it will also be very tasty. If you don't have chickpea flour, you can use any other flour, such as amaranth, rye, or flaxseed flour. However, when using different flours, keep in mind that they require different amounts of moisture. You may need to add another egg or simply a bit of water or milk. As for adding semolina, always let it swell a little after mixing all the ingredients together, no matter where you add it.
