Ingredients
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Quinoa - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook quinoa in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Mix grated carrot, quinoa, and minced garlic clove.
Step 3
Add the egg, chopped green onion, flour, and mix everything well again.
Step 4
Form patties from the mixture, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot or allow to cool.
