Description

- Milk - ¼ glasses
- Semolina - 2½ spoons
- Butter - 3 spoons

Place the peeled, washed, and grated carrot in a pot, add hot milk, a teaspoon of butter, a little sugar (1.5 teaspoons), and simmer on low heat until tender.

Then, gradually add the semolina while stirring and cook until it thickens. Allow the cooked porridge to cool slightly, then add the raw eggs and salt; mix well. While hot, shape the mixture into patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in oil. When serving, drizzle the patties with oil or sour cream.
