- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 6 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz

Step 1
Wash the carrots, boil until soft, peel, and mash.
Step 2
Add the sifted crushed breadcrumbs to the carrot puree; at the same time, mix in the yolks, sugar, and warmed butter, and beat until fluffy (for about half an hour).
Step 3
Then, add the carrot puree to the beaten yolks, diced candied fruits or raisins, mix, add salt and beaten egg whites, and stir gently, after which carefully pour into a greased baking dish and bake for one and a half hours.
