  • Mandarin Puree - 1 piece
  • Walnuts - 10 pieces
  • Dried Apricots - 5 pieces
  • Dates - 5 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut one large carrot into thin long strips, drizzle with lemon juice, and add powdered sugar.

Step 2

Remove the zest from the mandarin, then peel the fruit and separate it from the segments. Add to the carrots.

Step 3

Chop the dried apricots and dates. Combine all dried fruits with the carrots.
