  • Turnips - 5 pieces
  • Prunes - 5.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 1½ tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Dill - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the prunes, pour boiling water over them, and let them sit for 20 minutes. Then remove the pits and finely chop the flesh.

Step 2

Peel, wash, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add the prunes.

Step 3

Add sugar and salt to the sour cream. Dress the carrots with prunes in the sour cream, place in a salad bowl, and sprinkle with parsley and dill.
