Ingredients

  • Turnips - 3 pieces
  • Walnuts - 4.6 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz
  • Celery stalk - 2.1 oz
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 2.6 oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add the raisins, chopped walnuts, finely chopped celery, and coconut flakes. Mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Dress the salad and mix well.
