Description
For an additional color effect, you can use black sesame seeds. You can also dress the salad leaves with a sauce made from a mixture of carrot juice and lemon juice, spicy pepper, garlic, and cilantro.
Ingredients
- Sunflower Seeds - 7.1 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1.8 oz
- Celery salt - 2 stalks
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 6 pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Maple syrup - 1 fl oz
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Mixed salad greens - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak sunflower seeds in warm water. After an hour, drain any water that hasn't been absorbed by the seeds and blend the seeds in a blender until they reach a paste-like consistency.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and place it in the juicer.
Step 3
Drink the juice, then mix the leftover pulp with a paste made from sunflower seeds, finely chopped celery stalks, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped bell pepper, finely chopped parsley, sesame seeds, olive oil, and maple syrup.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the ingredients, then shape the mixture into burgers and serve them with a mix of assorted salad greens and grated beetroot.
