Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Emmental cheese - 5.3 oz
- Apple 'Ranetka' - 1 piece
- Conference Pear - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons
- Thyme - 1 bunch
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté for 5–10 minutes with butter (1 tablespoon) in a skillet.
Step 2
Peel and core the apple and pear. Cut into medium cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix ricotta, diced parmesan, emmental, curry, eggs, pear, apple, onion, breadcrumbs (1 tablespoon), a bunch of chopped thyme and parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Grease a square baking dish (19 cm side, 7 cm height) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the cheese mixture in the dish. Smooth the surface and place a few pieces of butter on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 35–40 minutes. Serve hot.
