Casserole with Chicken, Mushrooms, and Leeks
Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 6 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 2.5 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, rinse and dice the chicken breast, slice the champignon mushrooms, and cube the potatoes. Cut the leeks into rings.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken pieces in a pan with vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes, then add the mushrooms and leeks. Season with salt to taste.
Step 3
While the chicken and mushrooms are frying, add 1 teaspoon of paprika and a little salt to the diced potatoes and mix. We will not fry the potatoes.
Step 4
Add the contents of the pan and mix well.
Step 5
Prepare the filling. Crack 4 eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and mix. Add the grated cheese.
Step 6
Rinse the herbs and dry them with paper towels.
Step 7
Chop and add to the filling. Mix well.
Step 8
Evenly distribute the filling and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes.
