Description

Casserole with ground meat is a simple and very quick dish that can also be incredibly delicious. You just need to know a couple of secrets. Mix nutmeg into the mashed potatoes for aroma, add grated cheese and an egg for a creamy texture — that’s tip number one. Sauté the ground meat with onions and carrots, and mix it with chopped herbs and fresh peas to create a very juicy and pleasant filling for the casserole, which is tip number two. Finally, before baking, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese — this will give the casserole a nice golden crust.
