- Milk - 1 qt
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the catfish into thick steaks.
Step 3
Mix the milk with salt and honey.
Step 4
Place the fish in a deep dish and pour the milk mixture over it. Soak for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
After soaking, dry the fish on paper towels.
Step 6
Heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet.

Place the steaks in the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
