- Cauliflower - 5.3 oz
- Beef - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Semolina - 0.4 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the cauliflower in milk with some of the butter, pass it through a meat grinder, mix with semolina, and cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes; then add the yolks and the boiled, finely chopped brains, gently mix with the whipped egg whites, place in a greased mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs, drizzle with melted butter, and bake.
Step 2
When serving, drizzle with melted butter.
