Cauliflower baked in yogurt with spices

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cauliflower - 1 head
  • Natural Yogurt - 10 fl oz
  • Lime Juice - 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice - 2 tablespoons
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F and grease a baking sheet with oil.

Step 2

Thoroughly rinse the cauliflower and remove any green leaves. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, curry powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Place the cauliflower in the bowl and coat it with the marinade.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes. The marinade will create a crust on the surface of the cauliflower.

Step 5

Allow the cauliflower to cool for 10 minutes, serve with a green salad. Enjoy your meal!
