- Cauliflower - 2 lbs
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Ground coriander - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices, and mix well. Spread them on a baking sheet with a little space between each and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for 12–15 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the cheese in a bowl, add the flour, cook for 1 minute, gradually pour in the milk, and bring to a boil for 8 minutes, then add the grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the cauliflower to a ceramic dish, pour the sauce over it, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until a golden crust forms.
