Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 17.6 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese - 3.5 oz
- 10% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly salt the water and bring it to a boil. Boil the cauliflower florets until soft, about 7–10 minutes. Then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing: mix the sour cream with garlic and ground black pepper. You can add the spice mix khmeli-suneli.
Step 3
Once the water has drained from the cauliflower, mix it in a dish with the dressing.
Step 4
Pre-grease a baking dish with butter. Place the cauliflower in the dressing in the dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes until a golden crust forms. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
