  • Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
  • Broccoli - 7.1 oz
  • 1% Milk - 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Russian Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the vegetables and divide them into florets. Place the cauliflower and broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Now let's prepare the sauce. In a dry skillet, lightly toast the flour. Transfer the flour to a saucepan, add the oil, and mix the ingredients. Pour in the warm milk, and also add salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Place the vegetables in a baking dish and pour the milk sauce over them. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the vegetables. Bake the dish in the oven until golden brown. The temperature is 428°F.
