- Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- 1% Milk - 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Russian Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the vegetables and divide them into florets. Place the cauliflower and broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Now let's prepare the sauce. In a dry skillet, lightly toast the flour. Transfer the flour to a saucepan, add the oil, and mix the ingredients. Pour in the warm milk, and also add salt and pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
