Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Morels - 1.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4.2 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower and mash it or grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grate 150 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Add the egg, salt, mix everything and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 446°F for 15 minutes.
Step 5
After baking, spread the tomato paste on the pizza base, sprinkle with oregano and add salt.
Step 6
Boil the chicken breast and slice it thinly.
Step 7
Thinly slice the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Grate 50 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 8
Spread the filling on top of the sauce on the pizza base and sprinkle with cheese, bake for another 10 minutes.
