Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 15.9 oz
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Lemon Juice - to taste
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Sea Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cauliflower, add the eggs, 100 grams of mozzarella, and 100 grams of parmesan. Spread the 'dough' on a baking sheet in the form of a crust (pre-line with parchment paper). After 15 minutes, remove the crust and sprinkle with 200 grams of mozzarella. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
If desired, the dish can be made in the form of a pizza by simply adding vegetables along with the cheese on top of the crust.
