Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices - to taste
- Edam Cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets. If you want it to be very soft, pre-boil it in salted water.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the celery.
Step 5
Blend the garlic with the cream.
Step 6
In a baking dish, layer the cauliflower, tomatoes, bell pepper, and celery. Add spices. Pour the creamy sauce over the top.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Grate the cheese and generously sprinkle it over the vegetables. Bake for another 20–30 minutes.
