- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Green Onion - 1 bunch
- Parsley - to taste
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Almond Flour - 1 cup
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes or until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Sauté the green onion and parsley in olive oil until browned, let them cool, and add to the cauliflower.
Step 3
Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of almond flour.
Step 4
Form patties and sprinkle them with the remaining almond flour.
Step 5
Fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
