- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 2 heads
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from kefir, flour, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Let it rest for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 2
Roll out into a thin layer about 6-7 mm thick.
Step 3
Add the filling: pieces of carrot, onion, tomatoes, green peas, and cauliflower, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Step 4
