  • Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
  • Beetroot - 1 fl oz
  • 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Ocean salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Water - 10 fl oz

Break the cauliflower into florets and place them in a small pot.
