Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 3 lbs
- Tomatoes - 2 lbs
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
- Salt - 1.8 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in lightly salted boiling water for about 5 minutes. Grate the carrot, and pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Finely chop the dill and parsley, and slice the bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Mix all the prepared vegetables, add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pour in the vegetable oil. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the boiled cauliflower, and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes. While the prepared cauliflower salad is still warm, distribute it into sterilized jars and seal.
