- Cauliflower - 8.8 oz
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
- Dill - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Hazelnut - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chimichurri sauce: combine cilantro, dill, and parsley with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a container and blend with an immersion blender. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture.
Step 2
Cut the head of cauliflower into 2 cm thick steaks using a sharp knife. Briefly blanch them and then place on a hot skillet with olive oil. Sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Place the steak on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Garnish with chili and crushed hazelnuts, pressing them down with the flat side of a knife, similar to garlic.
