Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a small head of cauliflower.
Step 2
Divide into small florets.
Step 3
Boil water in a pot and add salt.
Step 4
Cook the cauliflower for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Drain in a colander.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Step 8
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl.
Step 9
Add sour cream, salt, and herbs de Provence.
Step 10
Pour in the cream and mix until smooth.
Step 11
Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower.
Step 12
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 20–25 minutes until cooked.
Step 13
Serve the dish hot.
