Ingredients
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
- Crab sticks in brine - 7.1 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil a whole head of cauliflower in salted water for about seven minutes after the water comes to a boil. Break the cauliflower into large florets.
Step 2
Arrange the cabbage on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter, and place in an oven preheated to 356°F for ten minutes.
Step 3
Combine the milk and cream, season with salt and white pepper, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Add the shrimp and chopped dill. Cook for another two to three minutes.
Step 4
When serving, drizzle the roasted cauliflower florets with the sauce containing crayfish tails.
