  • Breadcrumbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the cauliflower, break it into florets, boil in boiling water until tender, drain through a colander, and let cool.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add salt. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown in a skillet heated with vegetable oil.

Step 3
