- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets. Wash under water. Drain in a colander and let the water drain.
Step 2
Cut the onion into medium cubes. In a shallow pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the prepared cauliflower florets and mix. Reduce the heat.
Step 4
Simmer everything covered for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
Step 5
Chop the dill and add it as well. Mix well. Add salt, pepper mix, and turmeric to taste.
Step 6
Don't forget to cover with a lid. The last step is the eggs. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour this mixture over the cauliflower. Mix well. Wait for 3–5 minutes and turn off the heat.
