  • Cauliflower - 2 lbs
  • Capers - 7.1 oz
  • Raisins - 7.1 oz
  • Basil - 1.8 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour wine into the skillet, add capers and raisins. Simmer for ten minutes.

Step 2

Break the cauliflower into florets and boil them in salted boiling water for five minutes. Then, drain the water and cool the cauliflower.

Step 3

Blend the caper and raisin soup in a blender and use it to dress the cabbage, sprinkling the finished salad with chopped basil.
