Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 10.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 11.6 oz
- Quail Egg - 3 pieces
- Cream 22% - 1 fl oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Place the mushrooms in the heated oil in a pan and stir.
Step 4
After 3–4 minutes, add salt and stir.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, reduce the heat and add the crushed garlic.
Step 6
Pour in the cream.
Step 7
Then add the cream cheese.
Step 8
Season with the pepper mix and stir.
Step 9
Add the finely chopped mozzarella cheese. Remove from heat.
Step 10
Combine the mushrooms with the pasta.
Step 11
Add the yolks and stir.
Step 12
Serve immediately.
