- Fettuccine Pasta - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Shallot - 0.5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 10 fl oz
- Mussels - 17.6 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Edamame Beans - 2.5 oz
- Ocean salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In olive oil, sauté finely chopped garlic, chili pepper, and shallot. Add mussels and heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Then add white wine and fish stock to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove half of the mussels from their shells. Add tomato sauce, herbs, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the cooked al dente cazarecce pasta to the ingredients. Cook edamame beans in boiling water for 3 minutes and shell them. Add to the pasta. Mix well. Add olive oil and serve on a plate.
