  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, and honey, gradually incorporating the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the leaves from the celery and chop them roughly. Cut the stems diagonally into long, thin ovals.

Step 3
