Ingredients
- Celery salt - 8 stalks
- Porcini Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté a few slices of white mushrooms in olive oil, just enough to bring out the aroma and flavor of the sautéed mushrooms.
Step 2
Then squeeze lemon juice over the mushrooms, add a clove of finely chopped garlic, parsley, and finely chopped sweet onion.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, mix with thinly sliced celery stalks, which can be briefly blanched in salted water to reduce bitterness and enhance texture, and pecorino cheese.
