Description

- Chopped almonds - 0.7 oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cottage cheese - 3.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt - a pinch

Wash the greens and dry them.
Step 2
Toast the nuts if they are not already roasted.
Step 3
In a food processor, blend the celery, nuts, garlic, salt, and 4 tablespoons of water. Then add the oil and cottage cheese.

Taste. Adjust with salt, water, or cottage cheese as needed.
