Description

If the nuts are salted, do not add salt! If you're not a big fan of garlic, use just 1 clove. If you want to deviate from strict dietary principles, you can prepare it with richer soft cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.

  • Celery salt - 2.8 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 0.7 oz
  • Pistachios - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cottage cheese - 3.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the greens and dry them.

Step 2

Toast the nuts if they are not already roasted.

Step 3

In a food processor, blend the celery, nuts, garlic, salt, and 4 tablespoons of water. Then add the oil and cottage cheese.

Step 4

Taste. Adjust with salt, water, or cottage cheese as needed.
