  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - ½ clove
  • Hazelnut - 2 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Fennel - 1 piece
  • Green Apples - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic. While whisking, gradually add the hazelnut oil and olive oil.

Step 2

Slice the celery root, fennel, and green apple into thin strips and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with the prepared vinaigrette and mix well. Drizzle with hazelnut oil and serve.
