- Celery salt - 2 pieces
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 25 fl oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the celery and boil it in rich meat broth for half an hour.
Step 2
Pass the cooked celery through a sieve.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and pass them through a sieve.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the puréed celery with the puréed potatoes, place in a deep pot, add 50 grams of butter, and put on high heat, gradually adding milk, pepper, and salt to the purée.
Step 5
Before serving, add another 50 grams of butter in the center of the pot.
