Ingredients
- Celery stalk - 9.9 oz
- Dry martini - 1 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 7 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the celery stalks well and remove the coarse outer layer. Cut the stalks in half crosswise.
Step 3
Boil water in a pot and add salt.
Step 4
Drop the stalks into the boiling water for one minute.
Step 5
Transfer the stalks from the boiling water to ice water.
Step 6
Pour the fish broth and vermouth into a skillet, place it over heat, and reduce until the liquid begins to thicken.
Step 7
Add cold butter to the sauce and gradually melt it while stirring constantly.
Step 8
Add the celery stalks to the sauce and let them simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Serve the celery with fish dishes.
