- Celery stalk - 62.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2.8 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 4 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 8 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil - 4 teaspoons
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Macadamia Nuts - 8.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blanch the celery stalks in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Place in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the celery.
Step 5
Mix the vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.
Step 6
Add the dressing to the vegetables.
Step 7
Toast the cashews in a dry skillet.
Step 8
Add to the salad.
Step 9
Mix everything well and serve.
