Ingredients

  • Chicken bones - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 17.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Water - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken legs, season with pepper and salt, and coat in flour.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Step 3

Dice the onion and tomatoes into small cubes.

Step 4

Add the onion to the chicken and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5

Finely chop the garlic, add the spices, water, tomatoes, and simmer on low heat until cooked, about 20 minutes.
