Description
According to rumors, this dish was nicknamed 'Aragvi' by a famous leader in honor of his favorite river in Georgia. Originally, the recipe called for only lamb, but today you can find chanakhi made with beef or pork as well. It's important not to forget about the spices and herbs — there should be plenty of them.
Ingredients

- Eggplants - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
- Basil - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
