Description
If you don't like lamb, use beef fillet — it turns out very tasty.
Ingredients
- Lamb - 21.2 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 7 pieces
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 7 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes and place it in the pots. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion.
Step 3
Add the diced potatoes.
Step 4
Cut the eggplant into cubes and place it on top of the potatoes.
Step 5
Press the garlic on top.
Step 6
Add a tablespoon of tomato paste to each pot.
Step 7
Slice the tomatoes into half-rings and place them on top.
Step 8
Add the finely chopped bell pepper on top of the tomatoes.
Step 9
Pour water into the pots until they are half full.
Step 10
Place in the oven for 1 hour at 356°F.
Step 11
Serve with fresh herbs (cilantro, leeks, green onions, dill).
